Yang Hao, male, from Mengjin County, Luoyang City, Henan Province.
1978In, he participated in the national unified college entrance examination and was admitted to the engineering surveying major of Kaifeng Yellow River Water Conservancy School(secondary specialized school)。
1987Graduated from Wuhan University of Surveying and Mapping in Aerophotogrammetry(Functional specialty)。
1996Graduated from the College of Surveying and Mapping, the General Staff of the People's Liberation Army, majoring in engineering surveying in(Bachelor of Function)。
1982In January of, the State uniformly assigned him to the Surveying and Mapping Team of the Design Institute of the Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources, until his retirement in September 2017. During his work, he mainly engaged in the survey, design and construction of Xiaolangdi Water Control Project on the Yellow River and other projects.
1992In 2005, he was awarded the title of Surveying and Mapping Engineer, and in 2005, he was awarded the title of Senior Surveying and Mapping Engineer.
2005In 2006, he won the title of computer software designer, and in 2006, he won the title of computer system analyst, both of which were obtained by taking part in the national software professional level examination.

杨浩,男,河南省洛阳市孟津县人。
1978年参加全国统一高考,被录取到开封黄河水利学校工程测量专业学习(中专)。
1987年武汉测绘科技大学航空摄影测量专业毕业(函数专科)。
1996年中国人民解放军总参测绘学院工程测量专业毕业(函数本科)。
1982年1月由国家统一分配到水利部黄河水利委员会设计院测绘总队工作,直到2017年9月退休。工作期间主要从事黄河小浪底水利枢纽等多项工程的勘察设计与施工工作。
1992年获得测绘工程师职称,2005年获得测绘高级工程师职称。
2005年获得计算机软件设计师职称,2006年获得计算机系统分析师职称,均为参加全国软件专业水平考试获得。
